A method of trading unlisted stocks and a trading platform device for the same are disclosed. The trading platform device receives a list of shareholders from a non-listed company, displays a list of sell or buy orders for unlisted stocks registered by investors, and provides a bargaining window for the trading items displayed on the sell order list or the buy order list. In addition, the trading platform device may generate a trading contract for unlisted stocks when the contents of the negotiation of quantity and price are input through the negotiation window, and provide a confirmation of non-issuance of stock certificates to the buyer based on the registered stock list.
