Disclosed is a network based unlisted stock trading method and an apparatus thereof. The network based unlisted stock trading method comprises: a step that a supplier holding an unlisted stock online determines band price thereof to sell the unlisted stock and applies for sales; a step that a plurality of consumers participate in trading the unlisted stock through a competitive bid; and a step of checking whether the supplier holds the unlisted stock or not and whether the consumers have a deposit or not through a credit-rating agency and a financial institution when trading the unlisted stock. Therefore, a stockholder holding an unlisted stock, a small private investor, and an institutional investor can be easily connected, thereby providing a reliable unlisted stock market where unlisted stocks are actively traded.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
