Orthopedic shoe for disabled people with a stump, including a vamp, ankle boots, special orthopedic parts, an orthopedic insole and sole. The task of the utility model is to create such footwear for disabled people with a foot stump, which provides the most complete restoration of the impaired statodynamic function of a truncated foot, placing the stump in a functionally advantageous position and compensating for the lost segment of the distal lower extremity. The problem is solved due to the fact that the boot is equipped with a rigid flap 5 installed between the top and the lining of the figured high vamp 1, connected to the ankle boots 2 with the possibility of retraction by 30-40 °, while the boot is equipped with a soft tongue 7, one-sided fixed between the ankle boots 2, and the orthopedic insole is equipped with an artificial front section 8 and a metal plate 9 along the running surface. The design of the orthopedic shoe for the stumps of the feet contributes to the partial restoration of the impaired functions of the musculoskeletal system of the disabled person, provides compensation for the truncated part of the foot and the elimination of a cosmetic defect.
