The watercraft aviation and rocket anti-satellite system (SKARP) contains a Missile Range Instrumentation Ship (MRIS) with aircrafts equipped with a wing, a fuselage with a guided missile launcher, a power unit engine and an onboard control system. SKARP includes optionally and remotely piloted convertible aircrafts with bi-directional bilaterally symmetrical flying wing. The wing is mounted under the swivel joint of the overwing nacelle fuselage equipped with combined gas turbine engines with free power turbines driving two pairs of main rotors and/or two turbofans in annular cowlings creating a lifting and/or propulsive-jet thrust with functioning or fixed main rotors when the upper and lower longitudinal louvers of the annular cowlings of the wing are automatically open or closed.;EFFECT: increased flight distance, probability of hitting a target satellite located in a low orbit, and a return to the MRIS helipad for repeat use are provided.;4 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
