It relates to a GC-MS analysis method using an ultrasonic technique. By introducing an ultrasonic technique to the GC-MS analysis method, substrates containing different forms are simultaneously derivatized, so that the derivatization pretreatment time can be greatly shortened. Since the process is shortened, it is economical, and the generation of quantification errors between substrates can be reduced through a unified technique, thus providing an excellent GC-MS analysis technique.
