When the DNA methyltransferase of the Xcv strain according to the present invention is overexpressed, biofilm formation decreases, resistance to stress factors decreases, and viability decreases, thereby reducing virulence. It is expected to be able to improve the quality of crops and increase productivity by using it as a control composition and control method.
