A relaxation unit for the relaxation of persons, comprising:(a) a spatial unit (1) with a dome roof (7), where the spatial unit (1) is trained to sit or lie under it, and where the dome roof (7) is trained to have at least one-third lateral coverage of the person; marked by(b) a lighting unit (2) which is trained to beam a light with an automatically changing wavelength into the space unit;(c) an audio unit (3) which has a loudspeaker or a headphone connection which is trained to play at least one audio record and to reproduce in the spatial unit (1) via the loudspeaker or headphones;(d) a atomizer (4) trained to destroy an essential oil in the spatial unit (1);(e) a lying unit (5) trained to be placed in the space unit (1) under the dome roof (7) and to carry the person.
