The refuelling monitoring system used at fuel stations according to the present invention comprises a system used to enable the driver to obtain refuelling and payment data without getting out of the vehicle, thereby enabling the driver to check that the amount charged and the number of litres refuelled are as ordered. The refuelling information is shown to the driver via a portable monitor installed within reach of the driver, thereby enabling the driver to view the messages on the screen comfortably and ergonomically. This system is a powerful tool for increasing customer loyalty by increasing customer satisfaction, and also establishing the fuelling station as a trustworthy and transparent establishment providing a high level of service and helping to improve the institutional image thereof with the community.
