A visitor information management method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a follow-up request of a target visitor, wherein the target visitor comprises a visitor not followed up on in a visitor list (S11); in response to the follow-up request, acquiring a companion of the target visitor from a serving end (S12); and according to the target visitor and the companion of the target visitor, establishing a visitor group comprising the target visitor, so as to associate information of a plurality of visitors in the visitor group, and displaying the information by means of a client (S13). Missed recording of customer information can be effectively reduced, and a plurality of salespeople are allocated to the same customer for follow up.
