A power adjustment apparatus, a power supply apparatus, and a color Doppler ultrasound device, which relate to the technical field of the color Doppler ultrasound equipment. The power adjustment device comprises: a digital-analog converter (21) whose input end is connected to a switching power supply (1), a power supply output end (22) for being connected to a load, and a first amplifier (23) and a constant-power load (24) which are connected between the output end of the digital-analog converter (21) and the power supply output end (22) in parallel. The power consumption of the constant-power load (24) does not change along with the change of the output voltage of the digital-analog converter (21), thereby solving the problem that the image output effect is bad as the frequency of the switching power supply (1) is not fixed when the color Doppler ultrasound equipment use the existing power supply devices for power supply. The image noises caused by the non-fixed switching frequency of the power supply of the color Doppler ultrasound equipment may be eliminated. Meanwhile, the power of the constant-power load (24) does not change along with the change of the output voltage of the switching power supply (1), so that the consumption of the load when the output voltage of the switching power supply (1) is relatively high may be reduced so as to save the electric power resources.
