A time-resolved fluorescence kit for synchronously detecting 4,15-diacetoxyscirpenol, aflatoxin B1 and sterigmatocystin, comprising an immunochromatographic time-resolved fluorescent test strip and a sample reaction bottle containing an europium-labelled monoclonal antibody resisting 4,15-diacetoxyscirpenol, aflatoxin B1 and sterigmatocystin; a water absorption pad (1), a detection pad (2) and a sample pad (3) are provided in sequence from top to bottom on one side of the immunochromatographic time-resolved fluorescent test strip, adjacent pads are overlapped and connected at connection positions, and the detection pad (2) uses a nitrocellulose membrane as a base pad, a quality control line (4) and detection lines (5, 6, 7) are transversely provided on the nitrocellulose film from top to bottom, the quality control line (4) is coated with a rabbit anti-mouse polyclonal antibody, and there are three detection lines (5, 6, 7), and each detection line is coated with a toxin-protein conjugate. The present invention can achieve quick and synchronous detection of three fungal toxins, i.e. 4,15-diacetoxyscirpenol, aflatoxin B1 and sterigmatocystin.
