The present invention relates to a surgical instrument used for replacing or taking out the indwelling catheter from the body. More specifically, the present invention relates to a surgical instrument which, having a hollow cylindrical form containing cylindrical blade structure inside, allows to access and disconnect the cuff connection that ensures the indwelling catheter to be fixed.
