PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for calculating a change amount for every substance.SOLUTION: A surface information analysis system 100 for analyzing a surface based on an image, is configured to: acquire data of a two-dimensional image containing information related to regions of substances on a surface in plural times; acquire data of a three-dimensional image containing shape information of a surface in plural time; identify a region of each substance of plural kinds of substances, using the acquired data of the two-dimensional image; generate pieces of data of the time series multi-spectrum three-dimensional images, as combinations of the plural times and the plural kinds of substances, from respective identified regions of substances, and shapes identified by the acquired data of the three-dimensional image, which are regions and shapes corresponding in respective times included in the plural times; and calculate a change amount of each substance, based on data of the plural times included in the generated pieces of data of the time series multi-spectrum three-dimensional image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
