An antigen screening library is provided herein, which includes a plurality of human leukocyte antigens (HLA)-antigen polypeptide complexes, wherein the HLA-antigen polypeptide complexes are (a) HLA polypeptides, (b) SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 209 A randomized antigen polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in any one of, wherein the randomized antigen polypeptide is selected to specifically bind to a peptide binding cleft of the HLA polypeptide, and (c) β2 microglobulin polypeptide. These libraries can be used to determine antigenic polypeptides capable of interacting with and stimulating selected T cell receptors (TCRs).
