A contactless piezoelectric displacement sensor using magnetic force and a method of measuring displacement of a rotating body using the same are provided. The non-contact piezoelectric displacement sensor is arranged to be spaced apart from the rotating body in a direction perpendicular to the circumference of the rotating body, which is a bent magnetic body, and rotates according to a magnetic force that is inversely proportional to the distance to the rotating body that fluctuates while the rotating body is rotating. It includes a magnet that moves in the entire direction, an elastic element that restores the magnet in a direction opposite to the direction of the rotating body, and a piezoelectric element that is pressed by the magnet and converts mechanical stress due to the pressure into an electrical signal.
