The present invention relates to a small sustained-release pharmaceutical composition containing choline alfoscerate as an active ingredient and various formulations using the same. By using an acceptable sustained-release mechanism, the dissolution of the drug is maintained for a long period of time and the number of daily dosing is reduced. In addition, while reducing the number of doses compared to conventional formulations, the size of individual formulations is reduced to improve ease of administration, so long-term administration patients can be expected to improve treatment effects compared to conventional formulations.
