A renting device for MR glasses at a scenic spot, and a borrowing operation method therefor, said device mainly comprising a renting integrated cabinet, wherein an industrial PC networks and docks with a cloud server and user mobile terminals, and interacts device statuses, user authentication information and borrowing order settlement information. The industrial PC performs human-computer interaction with users via a display and input unit, and various storage units are controlled by the industrial PC to open and close storage doors. The storage units are provided with an internal self-checking unit which interacts with the industrial PC to collect and store status information. The method prevents the risk of personal identity card seizure, and saves labour costs. A user can view a rental device usage status and duration on a mobile terminal. Renting and returning functions can be performed at any time, thereby increasing the efficiency of borrowing and returning valuable devices, avoiding the situation wherein it is not possible to complete borrowing and returning procedures in a timely manner due to a large flow of people during a specific time period at a scenic spot, and thus preventing workers from starting work early and producing overtime costs, and preventing tourists from being late and causing delays.
