An iterative filtering topology optimization method for design of a mortise-and-tenon connection structure, the method specifically comprising the following steps: step 1, establishing a finite element model of a structure to be optimized; step 2, selecting, as a design domain, a region in which a mortise (1) and a tenon (2) are located; step 3, selecting a basic unit, and determining a basic structural form of the tenon (2) and a basic structural form of the mortise (1); step 4, performing finite element analysis once; step 5, performing filtering and averaging on element strain energy calculated and acquired in step 4; step 6, performing amplification on the basic unit and an amplification unit; step 7, calculating a neighborhood status of each unit in the design domain; step 8, configuring local control parameters, and forming a local control rule; step 9, performing convergence determination; and step 10, analyzing and evaluating an optimization result. The method changes the basic shapes and forms of portions in a mating-connection of a mortise-and-tenon connection structure, thereby allowing optimization to be performed in a large range, and thus optimizing a force transmission path of the mortise-and-tenon connection structure.
