System of pantiliners (1) and menstrual pads (2) that can be used to alleviate undesirabe conditions associated with dysmenorrhea or other physiological conditions is provided. The pantiliners (1) of the invention include a top layer (10) of composite material, a ventilation layer (40), and a bottom layer (70) of breathable material. The menstrual pads (2) of the invention include a top layer (10) of composite material, an air-laid layer (21), a layer of super adsorbent polymer (31) inside the air-laid layer (21), the ventilation layer (40), and the bottom layer (70) of breathable material. The system of pantiliners (1) and menstrual pads (2) is helpful in providing a decrease of pain and other unwanted symptoms during a menstrual cycle. In another advantage, the right placement guide and the left placement guide are provided to assist in placing the menstrual pads (2) of the invention accurately in relation to the undergarment of the user.
