A device for blowing soap bubbles comprises a cavity for a soap solution, and a diaphragm which is periodically dipped into the soap solution and is connected to a plunger actuated by the manual supply of gas by squeezing. The device is a soap bubble-blowing cap for a flexible container, said cap having configured in the body thereof a channel for supplying shampoo from a flexible container, a shampoo metering channel which branches from said supply channel into the cavity for a soap solution, and an air channel with a plunger disposed therein, said plunger being actuated by the manual squeezing of the flexible container and being connected by a lever system to a diaphragm in the form of a ring, wherein provided in the wall of the air channel is an opening for allowing the air channel to communicate, via an air duct, with a nozzle opening in the wall of the cavity for a soap solution, and the lever system is designed to be capable of aligning the ring with said nozzle opening. The technical result is a soap bubble-blowing device that is easy to manufacture and use.
