PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variant type ASXL1 knock-in mouse capable of becoming a model mouse in a precancerous state of a myeloid tumor.SOLUTION: In a knock-in mouse, a variant type ASXL1 gene of a mouse, which imitates an ASXL1 mutant gene observed in a human myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patient, is knocked in, and the gene is specifically developed in hematopoietic cells.SELECTED DRAWING: None
