To provide a method for preparing extract of chrysanthemum morifolium with an effect of treating skin diseases.SOLUTION: A method for preparing extract of chrysanthemum morifolium with an effect of treating skin diseases includes the steps of (a) performing an extraction procedure on Chrysanthemum morifolium with an extraction solvent to obtain an extract solution; and (b) adding at least one glycoside hydrolase to the extract solution to make an enzyme reaction occur to produce a precipitate, where the glycoside hydrolase is at least one selected from a group consisting of glucosidase, galactosidase and glucuronidase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
