To provide a toll information processing unit that creates information to notify an ETC card owner to whom an upper limit money amount is applied because information from the ETC card cannot be read at an exit tollgate of a toll road that the upper limit money amount is applied.SOLUTION: In a toll information processing system, a central transmission/receiving unit 11 of a toll information processing unit receives entrance use detail data of a vehicle passing through an entrance of a toll road and exit use detail data of a vehicle passing through an exit of the toll road. An identification unit 13 identifies entrance use detail data whose exit use detail data has not been received by the central transmission/receiving unit 11 based on exit use detail data corresponding to entrance use detail data.
