PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular optical member and a vehicular lighting fixture capable of acquiring a light emitting surface which emits light at uniform or substantially uniform illuminance (brightness).SOLUTION: This invention includes: incident surfaces 41, 42, 43; a first emission surface 50; two divided reflection surfaces 60U, 60D; two (two pairs) change reflection surfaces 71L, 71R, 72L, 72R, 73L, 73R; and two second emission surfaces 80L, 80R. At least one part of the incident surfaces 41, 42, 43 and one part of the first emission surface 50 face each other. As a result, this invention can provide light guide members 3, 3A and a lighting fixture 1 which can acquire a light emitting surface which emits light at uniform or substantially uniform illuminance (brightness).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
