SOLUTION: There is provided an air duct communicating between an outdoor space and an indoor space for ventilation, the air duct comprising an air duct main body formed by a metallic thin plate to communicate between said outdoor space and said indoor space; an air gap material arranged around a main body of the air duct to form an air gap having air tightness in a space with an outer peripheral surface of the air duct main body; a protective material arranged around said air gap material; and a gas supply device for filling said air gap with predetermined gas, said gas supply device having a detecting part for detecting a flow of said gas leaked out through a hole from said gap into said main body of air duct when said hole is generated in the main body of air duct.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
