The present invention addresses the problem of providing an evaluation model which enables evaluation of how much external force is being applied to intracerebral organs and/or the skull during endoscopic transnasal surgery.　The problem can be solved by an evaluation model for endoscopic transnasal surgery, the model comprising a simulated head and a strain sensor, the simulated head including a simulated skull, the simulated skull including a simulated nasal cavity, the strain sensor being disposed at a part of the simulated head.
