A Schumann wave generating apparatus and a wave modulation method for a Schumann wave generating apparatus, and an air conditioner. The Schumann wave generating apparatus comprises a receiving module (10), a modulation module (30), and a control module (20); the receiving module (10) is configured to receive a Schumann wave signal; the modulation module (30) is configured to modulate the generation state of a Schumann wave; the control module (20) is configured to control, according to the Schumann wave signal received by the receiving module (10), the modulation module (30) to adjust the generation state of the Schumann wave. According to the Schumann wave signal received by the receiving module (10), the modulation module (30) is controlled to adjust the generation state of the Schumann wave, thereby reducing the reflection influence of a previously generated Schumann wave, so that the Schumann wave signal in space is clearer, and further thereby better having the function of relaxing a human organ.
