NOVEL TEMPLATE-FREE ANTI-CORROSION UHPC-NC COMBINED BEARING PLATFORM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed are a novel template-free anti-corrosion ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC)-normal concrete (NC) bearing platform and a construction method therefor. The combined bearing platform comprises a prefabricated UHPC protective layer and a cast-in-place core normal concrete portion; the prefabricated UHPC protective layer specifically comprises: a UHPC bearing platform bottom plate, a bottom plate reserve groove, a bottom plate reserve round hole, a bottom plate reserve pile hole, prefabricated UHPC side plates I and II, a side plate reserve through hole, a prefabricated UHPC bearing platform top plate, a top plate reserve groove, a top plate reserve through round hole, a top plate reserve pile hole and full-thread screws, the prefabricated UHPC top plate, the side plates and the bottom plate being connected by using the full-thread screws; reinforcing bar glue is injected; coarse aggregate-free UHPC is cast in place at the top plate for hole sealing; and before covering the top plate, placing a bearing platform reinforcement cage in a space formed by the prefabricated UHPC protective layer, and casting normal concrete in place. The prefabricated UHPC protective layer of the present invention may not only prevent the corrosion of a bearing platform, but may also have the effect of a template; in addition, costs are reduced and the workload of on-site construction is reduced.
