This vehicle dispatching system comprises user terminals and a server. The user terminals accept vehicle dispatch requests from users and transmit vehicle dispatch request signals. A first vehicle is set as a dispatched vehicle for a first user that is to board at a first boarding point, and a second vehicle is set as a dispatched vehicle for a second user.
