A dispatched vehicle extraction server, a dispatched vehicle extraction means, a dispatched vehicle extraction method, and a dispatched vehicle display terminal according to the present invention involves: calculating a movement time period for a user to move from a user position to a waiting spot at which the user waits for a dispatched vehicle, a standby time period for the user that is obtained by subtracting the movement time period for the user from a time period between when the user has requested vehicle dispatch and when the user gets into the dispatched vehicle, and a total time period for the user requesting vehicle dispatch, getting into the dispatched vehicle, arriving at a destination; and extracting the dispatched vehicle on the basis of the total time period and the standby time period.
