An ontology mapping system 1 is provided with: nodes in a first ontology T1; a generation unit 21 for, among pairs that form associations with nodes in a second ontology T2 and the nodes in the first ontology T1 associated with a plurality of linked pairs of nodes in the second ontology mapped to the nodes in the first ontology, generating unlinked training data 31 in which unlinked pairs excluding linked pairs are specified, merging linked training data 11 with the unlinked training data 31, and generating training data 32; an inference unit 25 for inferring expression vectors of the nodes by using a first neural network 33a and a second neural network 33b obtained by performing learning with reference to the training data 32; and a mapping unit 26 for determining, on the basis of differences in expression vectors between the nodes in the first ontology and the nodes in the second ontology, whether or not mapping is to be performed between the nodes.
