The present disclosure relates to a rebreathing apparatus having functions of formulating oxygen during inhalation and removing carbon dioxide during exhalation and, more specifically, to a rebreathing apparatus that enables rebreathing by removing carbon dioxide discharged through exhalation while maintaining the amount of oxygen breathed through inhalation by using an oxygen formulation module. A rebreathing apparatus, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, comprises: a mask that is formed to correspond to a user's face, wherein one side thereof is connected to an inhalation hose and the other side thereof is connected to an exhalation hose; an exhaled air storage container that stores exhaled air discharged from the exhalation hose; a filter part that removes carbon dioxide discharged from the exhaled air storage container; an air to be inhaled storage container in which air passing through the filter part is stored, and which is connected to the inhalation hose of the mask; an oxygen storage container that supplies oxygen to the air to be inhaled storage container through an oxygen supply hose; a decompression device that is installed at an inlet of the oxygen storage container to block the discharge of high-pressure oxygen; an oxygen formulation module that formulates oxygen discharged from the oxygen supply hose and supplies the formulated oxygen to the air to be inhaled storage container; and a control unit that controls the operation of the exhaled air storage container, the air to be inhaled storage container, the oxygen storage container, the filter part, and the oxygen formulation module.
