The present invention relates to a method for analysis of corrected TMB and a method for predicting the therapeutic responsiveness of a cancer patient to an immune checkpoint inhibitor by using same. According to an information provision method in an aspect and a computer recording medium and analysis apparatus, the corrected TMB is far superior to conventional TMB in terms of the ability to predict the therapeutic responsiveness of a cancer patient to an immune anticancer agent and thus allows the selection of a population of patients in which a therapeutic effect is expected. As a result, a suitable therapy is performed to reduce pain and cost for the patients.
