One or more embodiments of the present specification provide blockchain-based privacy transaction methods and apparatuses, and blockchain-based privacy transaction application methods and apparatuses. The blockchain-based privacy transaction method is applied to a node device of a trusted user and includes: receiving a first message sent by a blockchain user, where the first message includes privacy-unprotected first data information; converting the privacy-unprotected first data information into privacy-protected second data information; and storing the first data information in a local database of the node device of the trusted user; and sending a second transaction to the blockchain, where the second transaction includes the second data information, so that the second transaction is recorded in a distributed database of the blockchain after being verified.
