FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a liquid composition with botulinum neurotoxin protection against damage, comprising a botulinum neurotoxin, a surfactant, an amino acid selected from tryptophan and tyrosine, a buffer, including sodium ions, chloride ions and phosphate ions, where said liquid composition has pH value from 5.5 to 8, and where said composition does not contain animal proteins, and also relates to use of a liquid composition for treating or preventing muscular diseases, neuromuscular diseases, neurological diseases, ophthalmic diseases, pain conditions treatable by botulinum neurotoxin, psychological disorders, joint diseases, inflammatory diseases, endocrine disorders or urological diseases, also relates to use of a liquid composition in aesthetic medicine, and also relates to use of an amino acid selected from tryptophan and tyrosine, for botulinum neurotoxin protection against destruction in a liquid composition which does not contain animal proteins and contains a surfactant and a buffer containing sodium ions, chloride ions and phosphate ions, wherein said liquid composition has pH from 5.5 to 8.;EFFECT: group of inventions provides stability of composition for a long time.;23 cl, 10 tbl
