The fixing step S4 includes a step S4d of installing a connecting socket in the reinforcing material assembly. In the bearing plate installation step S5, a hollow hole having a shape corresponding to the connecting socket is installed in the bearing plate, and the connecting socket is inserted into the hollow hole to install and position the bearing plate on the reinforcing material assembly.
