PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundness evaluation device capable of predicting future changes with time of a soundness evaluation index representing the behavior of a structure due to a load on the structure. SOLUTION: An index acquisition unit 4 for acquiring a soundness evaluation index showing the behavior of a structure 2 due to a load on a structure 2 as a soundness evaluation target, and a change over time of the soundness evaluation index in the structure 2. Based on the database construction unit 7 that constructs the time-dependent change database 11 including the time-dependent change after the acquisition time of the soundness evaluation index, the soundness evaluation index acquired by the index acquisition unit 4, and the time-dependent change database 11. A prediction unit 9 for predicting a change over time of the soundness evaluation index after the acquisition time of the soundness evaluation index by the index acquisition unit 4 is provided.
