The liquid-cooling heat dissipation system comprises a control unit, a heat source box body and a heat dissipation unit, wherein a temperature sensing unit is installed in the heat source box body, the temperature sensing unit is in signal connection with the control unit, the heat dissipation unit comprises an inlet and an outlet, a cooling liquid flows into the heat dissipation unit through the inlet and flows out of the heat dissipation unit through the outlet, a flow regulating valve is arranged on a pipeline at the inlet, the flow regulating valve is in signal connection with the control unit, the control unit obtains temperature information by means of the temperature sensing unit and determines a lowest temperature T1 and a highest temperature T2 according to the temperature information, and the control unit is used for controlling the opening degree of the flow regulating valve. For the liquid-cooling heat dissipation system, the temperature of a cooling liquid does not need to be controlled in advance, and when the temperature of the cooling liquid is low and the temperature of the cooling liquid cannot be adjusted and controlled, the liquid-cooling heat dissipation system is also suitable for heat dissipation of an equipment cabinet, and thus is more compatible.
