Provided in the present application are a method and apparatus for constructing a network structure optimizer, and an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: performing feature extraction on a network structure of an image identification neural network by means of a network structure optimizer to obtain feature information of the corresponding network structure; predicting the feature information by means of the network structure optimizer, and determining a plurality of optimization modes for the network structure; updating the network structure of the image identification neural network according to the optimization modes for the network structure to obtain an optimized network structure; and determining image identification performance parameters of the optimized network structure, and updating the parameters of the network structure optimizer according to the image identification performance parameters, wherein the network structure optimizer is used for optimizing the network structure of the image identification neural network.
