The method comprises: acquiring resource information of other node devices, wherein the resource information comprises: information of a first resource and information of a second resource; receiving a first request of a terminal; determining from other node devices, according to the first request and the resource information, a second node device used for providing a service to the terminal; and sending the first request to the second node device.
