A 10-20% ammonia solution with a concentration of 14 mol/L and a 25-35% citric acid solution with a concentration of 6.25 mol/L are introduced into the mixture of solutions with stirring. The resulting mixture is evaporated for 10-30 minutes. After that it is calcined for 10-20 minutes at 500-700°C until gas formation stops.
