The present invention discloses an air pollutant emission management system and method in a car painting workshop. The present invention includes a sensor module, a power meter, a remote measurement device, a management server, and a user terminal. The sensor module is installed inside the chimney and includes a fine dust sensor and a VOC sensor. A cover that opens and closes the outlet is installed on the chimney to minimize external influence. The data measured by the sensor module is transmitted to the management server through the telemetry device. The management server calibrates the measurement data and stores the calibration data. The management server notifies the filter replacement time by checking the accumulated power amount after the filter replacement. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily manage air pollutants in an automobile painting workshop, and to prevent environmental pollution by replacing the filter at an appropriate time.
