The present invention proposes a sorting apparatus for a pepper harvester using a difference in speed of a sorting drum provided with sorting fingers. In the sorting apparatus of the present invention, a first sorting drum 34a and a second sorting drum 34b having a plurality of sorting fingers 35a and 35b are installed on a sorting conveyor for transporting the harvested harvest.
