As a method of generating an alarm for a substation facility, which is a 23kV gas insulated switchgear, the substation facility safety accident prevention system receives sensing data collected by a plurality of data collection devices installed in the substation facility as integrated sensing data. By analyzing the received integrated sensing data, it detects whether an abnormality has occurred in the substation facility, and when it detects that an abnormality has occurred in the substation facility, an alarm signal is generated so that an alarm sound is output to field workers in the substation premises where the substation facility is installed.
