The present invention relates to novel antibacterial or antifungal peptides derived from pups and their use, and more particularly, to grillotafacin-2 derived from pups and antibacterial or antifungal compositions comprising the same. Grillotafacin-2 according to the present invention has excellent antibacterial and antifungal effects and has no cytotoxicity, so it can be used in various fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
