The present invention relates to an animal model of IGF-1 gene mutation dwarfism and a method for manufacturing the same, and the problem of death immediately after birth has been improved, and the majority of phenotypes seen in Laron syndrome patients can be observed, as well as decreased expression of personality genes. Therefore, it can be usefully used as a model for dwarfism-related diseases.
