A multi-degree-of-freedom adjustable laser-arc hybrid welding gun structure, comprising a laser welding gun (1), an arc welding gun (2), a fixing support member (3), a linear adjustment mechanism (4), and a welding gun angle adjustment mechanism (5); the linear adjustment mechanism (4) comprises an X-axis adjustment mechanism, a Y-axis adjustment mechanism and a Z-axis adjustment mechanism; the X-axis adjustment mechanism is connected to the Y-axis adjustment mechanism, and the Z-axis adjustment mechanism is connected to the X-axis adjustment mechanism; the laser welding gun (1) is fixed to the Y-axis adjustment mechanism by means of the fixing support member (3); the welding gun angle adjustment mechanism (5) is connected to the Z-axis adjustment mechanism; the arc welding gun (2) is connected to the welding gun angle adjustment mechanism (5); the linear adjustment mechanism (4) is used for adjusting the horizontal transverse, horizontal longitudinal and vertical positions of the arc welding gun (2), so as to adjust the position of the arc welding gun (2) relative to the laser welding gun (1); and the welding gun angle adjustment mechanism (5) is used for adjusting an angle between an axial direction of the arc welding gun (2) and an axial direction of the laser welding gun (1). By means of the hybrid welding gun, the position of the welding gun can be adjusted with multiple degrees of freedom and high precision.
