Disclosed is a method for reducing an excess of arsenic and heavy metals in ecological breeding Ophiocordyceps sinensis by means of Morchella, the method comprising interplanting Ophiocordyceps sinensis and Morchella, and gathering heavy metals in the soil by means of similar growth characteristics of Morchella and Ophiocordyceps sinensis and characteristics such as the strong absorption capacity of Morchella with regard to arsenic and heavy metals, thereby reducing the content of arsenic and heavy metals in the whole plant of Ophiocordyceps sinensis.
