[Problem] To make it possible to more efficiently educate a trainee. [Solution] An education assistance system 1 improves the skill of a trainee by repeatedly posing a trainee question to the trainee, wherein the education assistance system comprises: a timing setting means (a circuit/a program for setting a repeat timing, shown in FIG. 4, of a question creation staff PC 4) for setting a repeat timing on the basis of a forgetting curve indicating the relationship between the memorization rate of the trainee and time; and a question-posing means (a smartphone 6/a subject trainee PC 7) for posing the trainee question to the trainee at the repeat timing.
