Problem to be solved: to provide a QFD generation program and a method for facilitating generation of QFD.The QFD generating program acquires technical information data (step 1) and acquires customer information data (step 2).Next, a morpheme analysis process is executed for the information data group in which the technical information data and the customer information data are combined (step 3).After the morphological analysis process, the topic extraction processing is executed (step 4).The extracted words are coded based on the coding rule (step5), and a similarity matrix based on the coding rule is generated and output as a QFD (step6).Diagram
